Shipping & returns
Sorry, but we currently do not ship our products; all purchased items or services through this web site are for local pick-up only or services provided on the MSU campus.
Returns and/or exchanges are handled only in-person and on a case-by-case basis by MSU Bikes' management. As is common with any store, the item(s) to be returned must be in as new condition and be returned with the original packaging to receive any refund (full or partial).
New bikes come with the manufacturer's warranty (see here for Jamis' warranty information) and both new and used bikes come with a free 30-day or 100 mile check-over; we will go over the bike and make sure it is still operating correctly and safely.
