Over the years of renting basic transportation bikes we’ve had many inquiries about renting other types of bikes that we’ve been unable to provide.  Well, we’re now offering some new types of bikes under our new Premium Rental service!  You can try before you buy!

• Want to try a gravel bike and see what everyone is raving about?  We've got some Reid Firetrails in all the available sizes for you to try!
  
  
• Planning to do a triathlon or long day/ weekend tour but don’t want to go out and buy an expensive bike to see if you’ll enjoy it?  Or maybe you’ve got some friends visiting and want to go for a nice long road ride in the country?  We’ve got some very nice, updated road & touring bikes for rent now under our Premium Rentals service.
  
  
• Heard about belt-drive bikes and want to try one before buying?  We’ve got 2 available in our Premium Rentals service!

Premium rentals require a higher deposit, so if you're renting this online make sure you choose the higher deposit when checking out.  If you accidentally choose the lower deposit amount we'll charge you the difference when you come to get the bike.  This will actually be a hold on your card and not charged unless you don't return the bike or return it with serious damages.

Notes re: Premium Rental Services

*Every rental customer agrees to and consents to MSU Bikes' Rental Agreement when purchasing one of our rental services.

* A U-lock and basic maintenance is included with our rental bikes. 

* Discount codes do NOT apply to rental services.

* Inexpensive new or loaner helmets are available.

*A refundable deposit of $750 is required with premium bike rentals; it is required to check out when paying online (shows up as a shipping charge).  This is actually a hold on a credit card which will be voided when the bike is returned in good condition.
