Notes re: Rental Services

*Every rental customer agrees to and consents to MSU Bikes' Rental Agreement when purchasing one of our rental services.

* Incl. in the notes section approx. size you want and when you intend to pick up the bike(s).

* A U-lock is included with rental so no need to purchase one. 

* Discount codes do NOT apply to rental services.

*A $300 refundable deposit is required with each rental bike; (this will be a hold on your card not a charge IF done in person; it will be a charge to your card if done online) It is required to check out when paying online (which appears as a shipping charge; sorry for any confusion).  

** Our system may not charge you for additional deposits when renting more than 1 bike but you'll required to pay a deposit for each bike when picking up.

Sorry, due to the limited availability of our rental bikes we cannot guarantee that you'll have the ideal fitting bike or type that you'd like.  Our staff will do their best to fit you with the available bikes when you come to pick up your bike.  Please call ahead if you have particular needs.  A very limited supply of loaner helmets are available; we also stock inexpensive new helmets for sale.
